Our Westshore and Downtown clinics are located on the traditional territories of the Lkwungen (Lekwungen), Esquimalt, Songhees, and WSANEC peoples. We continue to gratefully acknowledge the people on whose lands we live, work, and play and make efforts to repair the harmful effects of colonisation on the indigenous peoples of this region.

We are always welcoming new therapists to the practice to provide greater flexibility and more services to our clients. Find more information about our current counsellors on our Team page.

More details about services and rates are available on our Services Page and in the online booking system.

Counselling Services

We are happy to offer Clinical Counselling and Psychotherapy services from our different practitioners including students. See more on our counselling services page or on our convenient online booking system.

UPDATE: Appointments are available at both of our office locations with standard COVID-19 precautions. Masks are optional in the offices. Please stay home if you are sick, or switch your appointment to online.

Nutrition Consultations:

We plan to add a nutrition practicum student to our practice in the near future. The aim would be to provide consultations for neurodivergent people struggling with nutrition challenges. Please contact us for more information, or watch this space.

Turn your demons into art, your shadow into a friend, your fear into fuel, your failures into teachers, your weaknesses into reasons to keep fighting. Don’t waste your pain. Recycle your heart.
